Mental Wildfire is a privately held company focused on developing software for a variety of clients. We work directly with clients as well as through partner companies. The company was founded in 2010 by Kyle Shiflett, a software developer with over 20 years of experience building web, mobile, and desktop software.

A Personal Note From the Founder of Mental Wildfire
One of my favorite parts of the software development process has always been the discovery phase, where I am working with the client or internal team to take an idea and flesh out some details so that we can come up with the requirements for the software in terms of functionality. In the process, everyone involved gets to discuss must-have features vs. cool-to-have features vs. pie-in-the-sky features. This brainstorming process is always an exciting time in the lifecycle of software, and I wanted to incorporate that idea into the company – so “Mental Wildfire” is that process of brainstorming that I enjoy so much.
